Position Overview: We are seeking a marketing professional who possesses a diverse skill set across various digital marketing disciplines. The Full Stack Marketer will execute marketing strategies to generate leads for sales. The ideal candidate will deeply understand Maverick products for the following marketing activities: content creation, SEO optimization, paid advertising, social media, email marketing/campaigns, web maintenance, analytics, etc. This position will be hands-on and require a blend of curiosity with creative, technical, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
- Write and edit blog posts, landing pages, and website copy
- Create engaging social media content across platforms
- Execute email campaigns
Digital Marketing and Automation Execution:
- Manage SEO strategy and on-page/off-page optimization
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Execute tests for landing pages, emails, and ads
- Maintain website -Use basic HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) to make updates
Social Media and Community Engagement:
- Build and grow brand presence on social platforms
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage DMs
- Explore new channels (e.g. TikTok)
Analytics and Optimization:
- Track performance across all channels
- Generate reports and dashboards to inform decision-making
- Continuously refine campaigns based on data insights
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in diverse marketing roles. Ideally within startups or cross-functional teams.
- Creative Skills: Strong storytelling ability for blogs, ads, and social media.
- Technical Skills: SEO, Email marketing, marketing automation tools, basic web development, landing page maintenance.
- Analytical Skills: Data gathering and analysis via Google Analytics, marketing tool dashboards, etc.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with medical coding processes and terminology
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
- Experience in the healthcare industry
